How can you request information from our Customer support team?

Here is a short guide to help our team handle your request as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

1. When submitting your request, make sure you quote the email address you used to create your Marriage.lk account. You can also provide us with your User ID (Secure Code).

2. Select the topic your question is related to. That way we can more swiftly identify what your request is referring to.

3. Please provide as many details as possible. We can then act immediately, as we will have all the information we need to handle your request.

4. Should you be experiencing a technical problem, please attach a screenshot of the page on which you are experiencing the issue, include any error messages you see, and detail the actions leading up to the error.

5. Once you click "Submit", you will receive an automated notification containing the reference number of your request.

Example:

  - I am registered with the email address xxx@xxx (secure code xxxxxxx).
  - I am having problems logging into my account.
  - I try to enter my email and password on marriage.lk but I get an error message that says
  - "An error has occurred -the email address or password has been entered incorrectly". Please see attached screenshot.
  - I may have made a typo upon registration but I'm not sure.
